Job Role: Lead Worker (JRE31720)
QCON is seeking experienced Lead Workers for oil and gas projects in Qatar. Candidates will be responsible for work permit handling, safety management, and crew coordination.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Communicate effectively with all crew members.
✔️ Conduct Toolbox Talks before work begins.
✔️ Ensure all workers sign the Permit to Work (PTW).
✔️ Familiarize the team with emergency protocols and evacuation routes.
✔️ Ensure safety compliance and equipment handling.
✔️ Confirm operator presence during system interventions.
Eligibility Criteria
📌 English proficiency (Speak, Read, Write).
📌 Work experience in oil and gas, construction, or industrial projects.
📌 Ability to conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings.
📌 ECNR passport is mandatory.
