🔹 Associate Technician – AC:
- Qualification: ITI in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning/Electrical.
- Experience: 4-6 years as an AC Technician.
- Skills: Strong expertise in HVAC systems, controls, and electrical circuits.
🔹 Senior Technician – BMS:
- Qualification: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-6 years in BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Skills: Hands-on experience with installation, programming, and troubleshooting in BMS, HVAC, electrical, or automation systems.
🔹 Field Assistant – Electrical:
- Qualification: Diploma or vocational training in electrical systems.
- Experience: 2-3 years in industrial or commercial electrical systems.
- Skills: Practical knowledge of electrical systems and apprenticeship experience.
🔹 Senior Technician – Chillers:
- Qualification: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-6 years in chiller maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Skills: Expertise in handling various chiller systems, supervisory experience preferred (5-7 years in the field).
