- Construction Manager – Must have 15+ years of experience in similar roles, handling at least three projects.
🔹 Engineering & Site Roles
- Procurement Engineer – 3-6 years of experience in electrical procurement and supply chain management.
- Planning Engineer – 5-10 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project control.
- Site Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Substations) – 5-10 years of experience in site coordination, safety, and project execution.
🔹 Specialized Engineering Roles
- Mechanical Engineer (APLO & Substation) – Requires expertise in lifting operations, firefighting systems, and HVAC.
- Transco Competent Engineers – Proficiency in GIS, SCMS, cables, MEP, transformers, and protection systems.
- QA/QC Engineer – 5-10 years of civil/electrical/mechanical inspection experience.
🔹 Supervision & Management Roles
- Senior Engineers & Supervisors – 5-10 years of experience in civil, electrical, and project execution.
- HSE Officer/Engineer – Requires NEBOSH certification and experience in safety compliance.
- Project Coordinator – Responsible for planning, procurement, and site coordination.
