Job Positions & Requirements
1. HVAC Draughtsman
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC design and drafting.
- Expertise in heat load calculations, ducting, and piping design.
- Ability to prepare detailed HVAC drawings and modify existing ones.
- Site visit experience for drawing preparation.
- Basic knowledge of Revit software.
- Familiarity with industry codes: ASHRAE, DW-144, 143, SMACNA.

2. Document Controller (Admin Coordinator)
- Graduate in B.A, B.Com, or BCA.
- 5-7 years of experience in technical industries, admin, or accounts-related work.
- Strong skills in document management, archiving, and retrieval.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook for reporting & communication.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills for internal and external coordination.
