🚦 Traffic Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee the implementation of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Team Coordination: Manage traffic control personnel, including flaggers, marshals, and support staff.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure traffic control measures are properly installed and maintained with road safety protocols.
- Real-Time Adjustments: Modify traffic control measures as per changing road conditions and emergency needs.
- Incident Management: Handle traffic incidents by coordinating with emergency services and relevant authorities.
- Reporting & Compliance: Regularly inspect and prepare detailed reports on road safety, incidents, and necessary adjustments.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of PTV Vissim/Visum simulation tools and TMP compliance.

🛣️ Traffic Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Traffic Planning & Design: Develop Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) to improve road safety and efficiency.
- Traffic Analysis: Conduct traffic studies using software like PTV Vissim/Visum to identify congestion points and solutions.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Traffic Management Supervisor to implement TMPs effectively.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Supervise traffic control measures and make necessary adjustments.
- Reporting: Create reports on road conditions, incidents, and compliance.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Synchro, AutoCAD, and other traffic simulation tools is a plus.
- Regulations & Compliance: Ensure all traffic control measures align with local and national road safety standards.
🚧 Traffic Management Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Traffic Control Supervision: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and removal of traffic control measures per TMP.
- Team Leadership: Direct traffic control personnel, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all traffic measures comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Real-Time Adjustments: Monitor road traffic and make real-time modifications for safety.
- Incident Response: Manage traffic-related incidents and emergencies by coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Training & Guidance: Provide training to traffic control personnel on best practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of PTV Vissim/Visum simulation tools is an advantage.
