📌 Open Positions & Job Requirements
1. Recruitment Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and HR teams for a seamless hiring process.
- Ensure accurate recruitment data recording in SAP HR and other HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with Gulf labor laws and company policies.
- Proficiency in SAP HR, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools.
2. HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Operations & Internal HR Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Set objectives for the HR team, track progress, and manage HR databases.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding.
- Conduct orientation and training programs for new employees.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
