Job Openings & Requirements
1. OD Advisor
✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in OD, HR strategy, or HR business partnering roles.
✅ Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
✅ Expertise in designing and implementing OD initiatives like workforce planning and job restructuring.
✅ Strong understanding of regional labor laws and best HR practices in the Gulf.
✅ Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or OD-related training is a plus.
2. HR SAP Consultant
✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP HR Consultant or HRIS Specialist.
✅ Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration.
✅ Hands-on experience with SAP HR modules (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, Time Management).
✅ Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for SAP HR.
✅ Salary: Negotiable
