1. Project Manager
- Experience: 15-20 years in Power Grid/Transmission line projects (up to 230KV).
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Project Engineer
- Experience: 5-8 years in 69KV to 230KV transmission lines.
- Qualification: B.E./B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
3. Work Permit Receiver
- Experience: 3-5 years in construction and electrical work.
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ITI.
4. Lineman
- Experience: 5-8 years in transmission overhead and cable works.
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in a technical or vocational field.
- Skills Required:
- Foundation & stringing
- Insulator replacement
- Fixing vibration dampers & bird deflectors
- Tower leg replacement & other maintenance work
