- API certifications: 510, 570, 653.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
- ASNT Level II Certification in RT, UT, MT, and PT.
- CSWIP 3.2/3.1, AWS-CWI, or other equivalent certifications (Company-approved).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with quality control (QA/QC) standards.
- Managing TA/SD systems with strong knowledge of quality standards.
- Overseeing QA/QC documentation, audits, and compliance protocols.
- Problem-solving, coordination, and reporting in a deadline-driven environment.
HSE Manager/In Charge Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as an HSE Professional in Oil & Gas projects.
- Must have completed at least 5 shutdown (SD) projects as an HSE Manager.
- Safety Diploma (1-year course).
- Membership in professional safety organizations like IOSH, CSP, or NEBOSH.
- ADNOC-approved HSE Manager experience in TA/SD projects is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Implementing HSE protocols and audits to meet industry regulations.
- Leading safety training programs and risk assessments.
- Maintaining problem-solving, coordination, and fast-paced execution skills.
