Job Details: Service Examiner (Service Technician) – JRE31876
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain elevators and escalators.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and contractual work as per the issued route chart.
- Perform adjustments and repairs on OTIS products.
- Attend callback services and inspect faults to ensure functionality.
- Identify and report any equipment abnormalities or missing components.
- Ensure adherence to OTIS safety guidelines and regulations.
- Coordinate with OTIS Line Operators for timely callbacks and maintenance.
- Complete all required documentation, including job logs and safety assessments.
- Support junior colleagues in service and maintenance tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: High school diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering. A diploma, ITI certification, or training in Lift Technology is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in elevator and escalator service.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and safety compliance knowledge.
