- Preparing RFQs, receiving quotations, and conducting techno-commercial evaluations
- Preparing cost estimates based on unit rates and BOQ
- Planning resource allocation and schedules
- Conducting price comparisons and cost summaries
- Performing vendor selection and tender submission
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for final price submission
