Job Details & Key Responsibilities
📌 Position: MEP Technician (03 Vacancies)
🛠️ Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, control panels, and motorized equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues promptly.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 🎓 Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering.
- 🔧 Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM), preferably in substations.
- ⚡ Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and control systems.
- ❄️ Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical repairs (preferred).
- ✅ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
