Candidate Criteria
To qualify for the Lead Worker position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of shutdown experience in oil & gas/petrochemical plants
- Fluent in English – reading, writing, speaking
- Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Ability to obtain Permit to Work and uphold safety standards
- Technical expertise in fields such as Mechanical, I&E, Fabrication, Civil
- Capable of supervising crew with safety and efficiency
