Qualifications:
- BE in Mechanical / Electrical OR
- Polytechnic Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Experience Required:
- Minimum 6+ years in FMM (Facilities Management) services for MEP jobs in large commercial properties.
- Hands-on experience in O&M (Operations & Maintenance) for:
- Split, Cassette, and Package Units
- AHU, FCU, and Chiller Equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems.
- Training experience in conducting theoretical and practical sessions for AC Technicians, Foremen, and Supervisors.
- Gulf experience is an added advantage.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
✔ Ability to conduct HVAC troubleshooting and site audits.
✔ Train client technicians to ensure industry compliance.
✔ Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).
✔ Computer proficiency is a must.
✔ English & Hindi communication is required.
