Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
General Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems.
- Fabrication and modification of HVAC and duct systems.
- Handling low-voltage electrical systems, including camera installations.
- Equipment repair and maintenance for kitchen and laundry setups.
- Tile fixing, furniture carpentry, and general maintenance work.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the applied position is mandatory.
- Must have basic English communication skills.
- ITI/Diploma certifications are preferred.
