Client Interview – 7th February 2025

✅ HVAC Technicians (Maintenance) – 60 Nos. 🔹 5+ years of experience in maintenance & repair of FCUs, AHUs, chilled water pumps & central AC units.

✅ AC Technicians (Maintenance) – 48 Nos. 🔹 5+ years of experience in maintenance & repairing split & window AC units, replacing compressors & performing gas charges.

Client Interview – 8th February 2025

✅ Facility Engineers – 12 Nos. 🔹 Degree in Mechanical or Electrical, experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing & other systems.

✅ MEP Supervisors – 25 Nos. 🔹 Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical.

✅ FMM Administrators – 08 Nos. 🔹 Graduate with 5+ years of experience in FMM operations, proficiency in CAFM & CMMS.

✅ BMS Operators – 25 Nos. 🔹 ITI or Diploma with experience in HVAC, lighting, building system integration through BMS, adjusting system settings & fire alarms.

✅ Electricians (Maintenance) – 30 Nos. ✅ Plumbers (Maintenance) – 40 Nos. ✅ Furniture Carpenters (Maintenance) – 15 Nos. ✅ Masons (Maintenance) – 17 Nos.
