🔹 AC Technicians (Maintenance) – 48 Nos.
Experience: 5+ years in maintenance & repairing split & window AC units, replacing compressors & performing gas charges.
Client Interview: 8th Feb 2025 (At Our Office)
🔹 Facility Engineers – 12 Nos.
Qualification: Degree (Mech or Elect) with experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing & other systems.
🔹 MEP Supervisors – 25 Nos.
Qualification: Diploma (Mech or Elect).
🔹 FMM Administrators – 08 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate with 5+ years of experience in FMM operations, proficiency in CAFM & CMMS.
🔹 BMS Operators – 25 Nos.
Qualification: ITI or Diploma with experience in HVAC, lighting & building systems integration through BMS.
🔹 Electricians (Maintenance) – 30 Nos. 🔹 Plumbers (Maintenance) – 40 Nos. 🔹 Furniture Carpenters (Maintenance) – 15 Nos. 🔹 Masons (Maintenance) – 17 Nos.
