Job Responsibilities
As an Organizational Development Specialist, your key duties will include:
- Assessing the development needs of operational and business units.
- Designing and implementing organizational development strategies to enhance workforce performance.
- Supporting leadership planning, talent management, and executive development.
- Conducting employee consultation sessions on compliance, conflict resolution, and policy matters.
- Managing performance appraisals and coaching programs for employees and managers.

✅ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in organizational development, HR strategy, or leadership development.
✅ Gulf Experience: Preferred, especially in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
✅ Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR policies, training programs, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with executives and employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and leadership training.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, compliance, and employment laws.
