Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising employees
- Knowledge of compensation planning, enforcing policies, and procedures
- Expertise in vehicle and heavy equipment rentals
- Ability to resolve customer issues and improve client satisfaction
- Collaboration with management for policy implementation
- GCC experience preferred
- Candidate should have contractor-side experience
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable (Based on interview and experience)
- Duty Hours: 8 hours + Overtime (as per work)
- Yearly Paid Vacation
